i found the staff friendly. xavi, one of the concierges, helped with restaurant recommendations. the hotel interior design seemed well done. the location on the shopping street was excellent.

i could hear the subway all night. the room size felt small. the shower flooded the bathroom floor, a nuisance.

Excellent Hotel with Minor Hiccups

The suite city view room was spacious. Its cleanliness was amazing with turndown service done daily. I found bottled water replenished each day, beneficial. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance of attractions and neighborhoods. The hotel staff was great. The service provided was always available and catered to most needs. The rooftop breakfast offered very nice views with quality ingredients. The lobby staff was also great. Breakfast was varied and delicious with excellent quality ingredients. All staff were warm and professional. I appreciated feather pillows, they were a nice touch.

I experienced noise. The subway runs directly under the facility, I heard lots of noise. I was on the first floor and this was quite loud. It impacted the quality of sleep due to constant rumbling.

The breakfast buffet in Glasss has varied options. It was delicious and offered high-quality ingredients. I would like to thank waitress Andrea and hostess Laia, they were both gracious and friendly.

The hotel is near two Gaudí houses, La Pedrera is worth visiting. The hotel is two blocks north of a metro station and two blocks south of a tour-bus stop. The location is ideal at a street corner.

The staff was friendly and competent, they always helped me when needed. I would like to specially thank concierge Xavi for his excellent assistance. The customer service was always available and helpful.

The staff was very helpful. The location allowed easy access to the city.

The subway ran directly under the hotel. I could hear the rumbling from my room, even on the third floor. It was quite annoying, and it made it hard to relax.
